This section of the Exhibitor Resource Center includes perishable labels for frozen and refrigerated products. Please ensure all boxes containing perishable items are clearly labeled with either the Freeze label or Refrigerate label (or use a similar notice) to indicate proper storage requirements. |

Official Freight Forwarder/On-site Handling Contractor | Rogers Expo Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd has been appointed as the Official Forwarder and On-site Handling Contractor for Seafood Expo Asia 2025. Exhibitors are not required to use the appointed forwarder for transporting goods to their stands or returning shipments to their point of origin. However, utilizing Rogers’ services eliminates extra charges and ensures on-site support, as their representatives will be available at all times throughout the event. Customs Clearance | Rogers provides expert advice on all aspects of customs clearance, including import procedures, advance paperwork, and documentation requirements. Upon requests, they can also provide quotation for their services. Rogers offers detailed shipping instructions and arrival deadline schedules for “Equipment & exhibit display materials” and “Various food & beverage products”. | ||
Trader's License | Only companies that have applied for a "Trader's License" are permitted to import food products into Singapore. Rogers, the official forwarder of SEA, holds this license. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to appoint Rogers to freight handling, especially when shipping Live Seafood products. | ||

If you need items delivered to your stand, such as brochures or other materials, or you are using a courier service, please arrange deliveries ONLY during move-in and exhibition opening hours, following the official exhibition schedule. |

Maintenance & Re-Stocking | All maintenance and re-stocking must take place each morning between 08:00 and 10:00 during the exposition days (i.e. 10-12 Sep 2025). Re-stocking during exposition hours is prohibited. Special Delivery Arrangements: For deliveries outside the designated time, you must contact the Exposition Organizer (Diversified Communications) in advance. Please email rlam@divcom.com to coordinate necessary arrangements. |
Move-in & Build-up Hours | The exposition build-up period and Installation of exhibits will take place as follows:
-Only Exhibitors, Working Staff, Appointed Contractors, and Service Providers with valid entrance badges issued by the Organizer, are permitted to enter the venue during the Move-in Period. - Exhibits consigned to the exhibition site should NOT arrive earlier than 8 Sep. 2025 unless the official forwarder is appointed. - If exhibits arrive on-site without a pre-appointed forwarder, the Official Forwarder will be assigned, and all related costs will be the responsibility of the exhibitors. - Exhibitors and their appointed contractors must strictly adhere to the schedule given. All exhibitors, working staff, appointed contractors, and their service providers must complete their work and leave the hall according to the schedule. Failure to do so may result in overtime charges, which will be billed to the exhibitor. |

Venue Access policy for Move-in & Move-out |

Transportation Workers | All exhibitors utilizing courier service for deliveries during move-in and move-out via the loading/unloading area must ensure that transportation drivers and workers obtain Workers Badges for identification purposes. |
Workers Badges | All appointed contractors and forwarders of exhibitors must wear Workers Badge at all times to gain access to the exhibition halls. Badge Validity & Restrictions: Workers Badges are valid ONLY during move-in and move-out period Badges are NOT valid during the exposition period. Security guards reserve the right to deny entry if contractors or forwarders fail to present the required Workers Badge upon request. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining Workers Badges for their appointed Contractors and Forwarders by submitting the Workers Badges Request Form by 1 Aug 2025. Workers Badges will be available for on-site collection at the Registration Area. Contractors for Raw Space booths can collect badges only after submitting the contractor’s deposit and receiving booth design approval from the organizer and official contractor. Please contact the Official Stand Contractor, AMC (Exhibits) Ltd for inquiry. |
Lifting | The Exposition Organizer does not take responsibility for the unloading of goods at the exposition. Exhibitors ensure Their delivery or courier service has the proper equipment to unload consignment. Alternatively, a lifting, storage, and on-site handling services are available through the Official Freight Forwarder. |
Cold Storage for Perishable Product Samples | The Organizer provides complimentary cold storage for the perishable product samples intended for distribution from your stand. Exhibitors MUST submit the Cold Storage Request Form by 8 August 2025 to secure space. The Organizer cannot guarantee availability for exhibitors who fail to submit the form by the deadline. Lowe Refrigeration staff monitor all freezer and refrigerator storage. A representative will be available in the storage unit area to assist with any questions or concerns. Cold Storage Hours

Storage | Exhibitors are responsible for arranging storage of empty wooden crates, package cases, and other materials through their freight forwarders. On-site storage space is NOT available, so exhibitors must coordinate storage with their forwarders or agents in advance. Using of Rogers as their forwarder, storage is provided. Companies not using Rogers may access their storage service for a fee. Fire regulations strictly prohibit storing of boxes, packages, products, literature, or empty packing containers behind the stands. Any such items may be removed without prior notice by the Organizer. |
Ice & Seafood Removal | The Organizer will supply complimentary ice to exhibitors daily during the exposition days (Wednesday – Friday). Bags of ice will be delivered to exhibitor stands each morning before the exposition opens. |
Ice Request Process |
Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their dry ice. NO onsite dry ice orders will be available. Requests must be submitted in advance at rlam@divcom.com. Exhibitors must empty all ice trays and display containers at the close of each exposition day. If assistance is required, please contact the Organizer (Diversified) at rlam@divcom.com, before 8 August 2025 for cleaning service quote. |
Contractors Information |
Raw Space exhibitors are required to complete and submit the Contractors Information by 8 August 2025 to the Official Stand Contractor AMC (Exhibits) Ltd. The submission includes standfitters and electricians, authorized personnel and registered structural engineers, and freight forwards appointed by exhibitors to work on their behalf. |
Overseas Contractors | If an overseas contractor is appointed for stand construction, they must comply with the regulations imposed by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore to ensure the workers possess valid working permits to work in Singapore. Personnel working in the exhibition must carry the Original work pass (Work Permit Card / Employment Pass) at all times and produce it for inspection upon request. Photocopied work pass is not allowed. Move-out & Tear Down Hours | The exposition breakdown period and dismantling of exhibits will take place as follows: Friday, 12 Sep. 1530 – 1800 hours (Removal of exhibits by exhibitors, and/or appointed forwarders) 1600 hours onwards (Termination of Stand electricity of ALL stands) 1630 – 2200 hours (Teardown of stand fitting and structure of ALL stands) NOTE:

Disposal Charges |
DISPOSAL OF CRATES, STAND FITTINGS, AND MATERIALS: The removal and disposal of crates, stand fittings, and construction materials are not covered in the sales of stand or space. As a result, exhibitors will be subject to an additional charge imposed by the Exhibition Venue or a fee determined at the Organizer’s discretion. |
Cleaning & Garbage Disposal |
During the move-in and move-out periods, individual stand contractors are responsible for disposing of waste and stand construction materials. Disposal of contractor’s waste materials by the Organizer will result in the contractor’s deposit being forfeited. Walk-On Package and Premium Walk-On Package stands, all shelving, stand fittings and stand fixtures brought by exhibitors, must be dismantled and removed from the venue at the close of the exposition. Failure to comply will result in a charge for the labor and truck required for disposal. |
Move-In & Out Over-Time Penalty |
Exhibitors or their appointed contractors requiring work beyond 21:00 on move-in or move-out days, must obtain approval from both the Organizer and the Official Contractor. Requests should be submitted at least four hours before hall closure to receive details on applicable over-time charges imposed by the Venue. |
Working After Closing Time |
During the exposition open days, exhibitors needing to perform stand maintenance after closing, must request permission from the Organizer by 14:00 hours on the same day. Any costs incurred by the Organizer for arrangements, such as lighting, air conditioning, or security, will be passed on to the exhibitor or contractor concerned. |
Returning Your Freight | If prior arrangements have not been made, exhibitors may coordinate the return of their exhibits through the official freight forwarder “Rogers”, by visiting their Service Desk on the show floor. |
